Minimale Rahmenbedingungen für den Einsatz von dbh Software
- IBM-kompatibler PC mit Windows 7 / 2008 oder höher (Das aktuelle Service Pack der Windows Version wird empfohlen)
- Microsoft .Net-Framework 4.5 oder höher
- Min. 200 MB verfügbarer Speicher auf der Festplatte C: (Standardinstallationsverzeichnis: “C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\Benutzer\Benutzername\AppData\Local\Apps”)
- Internetverbindung ohne explizite Authentifizierung am Proxy- Server (Die Software läuft am Einzelplatz auch über UMTS bzw. ISDN-Verbindung).
- Hinweis für ALPO-Nutzer: Sollte ein Proxyserver mit expliziter Authentifizierung in Ihrem Hause installiert sein, so muss eine Ausnahmeregel für die Seite “https://alpo.dbh.de” definiert werden. Zudem sollte das Caching im Proxyserver für diese Seite deaktiviert werden.
- Die Windows Benutzernamen dürfen keine Sonderzeichen und Umlaute z.B. ö, ä, ü, ß enthalten
Bitte haben Sie Verständnis dafür, dass wir die Lauffähigkeit unserer Software für Systeme, die diese Mindestvoraussetzungen nicht erfüllen, nicht sicherstellen können.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS ALPO / WINDOWS
General conditions for the use of dbh software
Please make sure that your system environment meets these minimum requirements before installing our software.
- IBM-compatible PC with at least Windows 7 / 2008 (the current service pack of the windows version is recommended.
- Microsoft .Net Framework 4.5 or higher
- Min 200 MB of available memory on the hard disk C: (Default installation directory: “C:\Users\%username% \ AppData \ Local \ Apps”)
- Internet connection without explicit authentication to the proxy server (the software runs on a standalone workstation via UMTS or ISDN connection.
- Note for ALPO users: If a proxy server with explicit authentication is installed in your office, an exception rule for the page “https://alpo.dbh.de” must be defined. The caching for this site has to be deactivated on the proxy server.
- The Windows user name must not contain special characters and umlaute (e. g. §, ö, ü, ä, ß)
