Log-in with the Citrix Client
We make some dbh products available to you via a web interface (the so-called “Citrix Access Gateway”). To access it, you need the Citrix Client.
Minimum requirement is a Citrix Receiver version 3, we generally recommend using the latest version. The download is done directly from the manufacturer.
Remote maintenance with TeamViewer
With TeamViewer, our service desk has the option to look over your shoulder with your PC when you have a problem. You can use the tool to allow our Service Desk employees to remotely control your computer. The control of who accesses your computer remains in your hands thanks to password protection.
Please use the tool only if you are asked to do so by one of our Service Desk employees.
