General Terms and Conditions of Use “Customs Processing on Demand” (ZOD)
Advantage Customs is a certified software for communication with ATLAS, the internal IT procedure of the German customs authorities. Advantage Customs enables, among other things, the recording and processing of customs declarations and their transmission to ATLAS. Advantage Customs consists of different modules and is operated in various business models, including the “Customs On Demand” model, or ZOD for short.
These General Terms and Conditions of Use are concluded with the acceptance of a customer order by dbh. They serve as the basis for any use of ZOD. When ordering, these terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted.
